RETURN POLICY

 

Mobile Mysticks Team Store offers a 30-day return or exchange on all items in new/salable condition with original tags and labels attached with a receipt.  If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return to us via mail.

 

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Product that is missing original tags or appears to be worn
• Auction items or customized jerseys

 

Return via mail:

1.      A return request should be sent to collin@zawyersports.com including the following information to initiate your return request:

a.      A copy of your receipt.

b.     The reason for the return or exchange.

c.      A contact name, phone and email address.

2.      Once your email is reviewed by a team member, a confirmation will be sent.  The item to be returned and a copy of the email request should be sent to the following address:  Mobile Mysticks, ATTN:  TEAM STORE, 620 Stiles Ave Savannah, GA 31415.  We recommend using a pre-paid, insured traceable method when returning merchandise, to ensure a documented delivery. Lost returns are the responsibility of the shipper.
